Collecting the quality control feedback for a job is simple, all you need to do in MoveMan is click the ‘Email quality control feedback request’ and a special email is sent to the client with a link for them to provide their feedback online. When the client clicks the link they will be presented with a form with all of the questions that you have setup within your own MoveMan system. The client then just selects the relevant answers, adds any additional comments and clicks on submit. The client’s responses are then collected automatically and entered into the job on MoveMan. A confirmation email is also sent to you to confirm that the client has made a submission. You can also incorporate a panel on your website that provides the average ratings from your clients.
